Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using the MawridKSA public website and marketplace MVP. They should be read together with the Privacy Notice.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using MawridKSA, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. MawridKSA’s marketplace role
MawridKSA provides tools for business discovery, supplier information, and quotation workflows. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, MawridKSA is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, distributor, agent, or payment processor in a transaction between users.
3. Accounts and authority
When account features become available, you must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, and promptly update material changes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that your representatives have appropriate authority.
4. Acceptable use
You may use MawridKSA only for lawful B2B purposes. You must not misrepresent an identity or business, submit deceptive information, infringe rights, introduce harmful code, scrape the service at scale, interfere with security, or use the platform to facilitate prohibited goods, services, or conduct.
5. Supplier information and verification
Suppliers are responsible for keeping business, product, service, credential, and contact information accurate. A verification indicator means that specified information was reviewed under the applicable process; it is not a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee of quality, solvency, performance, or transaction outcome.
6. Quotations and transactions
Users are responsible for evaluating counterparties, quotations, contracts, compliance requirements, taxes, delivery, and payment arrangements. The current public-web MVP does not process payments, hold funds, or complete transactions. Any commercial relationship is formed directly between the relevant buyer and supplier.
7. Content and intellectual property
MawridKSA and its licensors retain rights in the platform, brand, design, and original content. You retain rights in content you submit and grant MawridKSA the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, format, and operate that content for the service. You must have the right to submit all materials you provide.
8. Availability and changes
The MVP may change, pause, or be unavailable while features are developed or maintained. We may modify, limit, or discontinue functionality and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or service integrity.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. Users must independently assess suppliers and commercial decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; any other limits will be applied in accordance with applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The updated date will identify the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia unless a binding written agreement or applicable law requires another process.
